I had my 2nd ob appt yesterday. The main purpose of this appt is to check the baby's heart beat and get some advise and medications from my gynae before my US trip this Saturday. To tell the truth I was quite nervous for this check up. Why? Because for the past few weeks, I never feel anything moving inside of me at all. I felt empty and off course bloated most of the time!!
At first, he still couldn’t find the heartbeat and then at long last, I heard my baby’s heartbeat for the first time. It was unimaginable joy. I was so happy that I couldn’t stop myself from letting a tear or two drop. It is the most beautiful sound that I have ever heard in my life. At least I know that my baby is living healthily inside of me despite of all those nausea, vomiting, not eating well that happened to me for the past few weeks. Now I'm at 12 weeks and I know it's still a long journey for me to go. I still have my morning sickness with me till now and travelling for more than 30++ hours journey to Houston on Saturday while having my morning sickness is the next things that worries me now. Wish me luck guys.
