4th Ramadhan

this year, is a date for us to remember because our little one, Aniq was admitted to KPJ SSH (yea..again for the 2nd time this year) due to viral fever. He was not well since last Thursday with a high grade of fever followed with diarrhea and vomiting profusely. We couldn't keep the fever down even after giving him a strong dose of oral antibiotics after series of visit to the Paed. So on Saturday morning since he looked so hopelessly lethargic and started to complain having stomach cramps due to the profuse vomitting (up to the stage where he vomitted only clear fluid and wind only), he ended up being admitted to the hospital to get IV fluids and stronger meds that need to taken through dripped. Poor baby :(

It has been 3 days now that all of us 'berkampung, berpuasa & berbuka puasa' at SSH . Alhamdulillah, I praised God his condition has improved a great deal. The fever & vomitting have stopped but the diarrhea continued but he pooped only 3 times yesterday (instead of 5-6 times before) and his stool is still watery. I guess that is because he didnt consumed any solid food in the expected amount just yet. He still refuses to eat almost everything except......MAGGI!! FYI, while I was having my morning sickness when I was carrying both Irdina & Aniq, MAGGI was the only thing that my stomach wouldn't reject (aka vomit out back) despite all other smack licking foods that I was craving for to eat so I guess that explained it :P His blood and stool results return negative for Rota & dengue, so crossing my fingers now hoping that it was just totally viral infection. He was already being himself today although still have diarrhea just taknak makan jee..Dahlah keding, making kedinglah jawabnye :( Guys..pray for his recovery ye. Thanks :)
